FAQs

  • Ceremonial cacao is a 100% pure cacao-bean paste that has been used in sacred ceremonies for centuries. Known for its heart-opening properties, cacao helps deepen meditation, enhances clarity, and brings a sense of calm, allowing you to connect more fully with your inner self.

    We'll mix it with coconut milk, spices & a little maple syrup to sweeten the deal. (Please let me know if any of these ingredients aren't suitable for you.)

    Ceremonial cacao is generally safe, but it does contain a small amount of caffeine, which is why I'm sharing it with you in the morning. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to me.

  • Just yourself, comfy clothes, a journal, pen and a water bottle. Everything else you will need is provided for you.

    Of course, if you’d like to bring your own yoga mat to sit/lie on, you are more than welcome to do so.

  • No previous experience is required. This gathering is for all levels. I will guide you through the breathwork and meditation practices, making sure you feel supported throughout.

  • The event will run for approximately 2.5 hours. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to have time to settle in to our space.

  • You can claim your space via the booking link above. Payment is made through the website and secures your spot for the event.

    If finances are holding you back from the full investment at this time, please reach out as I do have a limited number of spaces available at a discounted rate.

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the event receive a full refund, minus $10 admin fee. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the start of the event.

  • Sacred Intentions is being held in the serene DOME Yoga nestled in Hawea Flat. This peaceful geodesic dome, set in a tranquil rural landscape just 20 minutes from Wanaka, offers the perfect sanctuary to switch off and reconnect. Your experience will begin the moment you step onto the grounds, as the beauty and calm of the surroundings invite you into stillness before you even step through the door.
